Menu from a dinner at Grosvenor House Hotel for the 30th Anniversary of the International Wine Challenge:

Smoked chicken, apple and celery salad, wild rocket, baby plum tomato, herb dressing

Tournedos of beef, port sauce reduction scented with truffle oil, celeriac, chestnut mushrooms and pancetta, French beans, Anna potatoes and vine cherry tomatoes

English dessert quartet – warm Bakewell tart, raspberry and rose water sorbet, shot of sherry trifle and brandy snap biscuit with vanilla cream
