Orkney hand dived scallops with tandorri spices, carrot purée and lobster jus

Ron Zacapa infused with lemon grass and fresh coriander shaken with coconut water, freshly squeezed lemon juice and sugarcane honey, all garnished with tandorri fog

Castle of Mey beef filet, braised oxtail, Mrs Tees cepes and truffles

Ron Zacapa stirred with cherries macerated in Margaux 2008, grapefruit bitters, Maraschino and crème de casis

Valhrona chocolate 82% with blackberries and Ron Zacapa & raisin ice cream

Ron Zacapa shaken with Japanese red bean paste and whipping cream perfumed with allspice
