    Menu from a lunch at the Michelin-starred The Greenhouse to sample and explore champagnes from Duval-Leroy with food created to match the champagnes (Read my post on the meal here):

    Canapés – mushroom/foie gras/margarita

    Wild salmon – cucumber/coconut/wasabi/curry/salad

    Rosé Prestige 1er Cru NV

    Cornish crab – mint jelly/cauliflower/Granny Smith apple/curry

    Femme de Champagne 2000 Grand Cru

    Chicken – truffle/chestnut/squash

    Clos des Bouveries 2005 cuvée oenoclimatique

    Raspberry – lychee/rose
