Festive Champagne Cocktail

Squab and wood pigeon in white traditional closed sandwich

Warm Mountbatten estate partridge, morel mushroom and foie gras pie

Speyside salmon and Lords of the Hundreds cheese

French hens egg mayonnaise and cucumber in wholemeal bread sandwich

Sultana and buttermilk scones, with Devon clotted cream and strawberry preserve

Dark chocolate drum dusted with gold and walnut powder

Strawberry Chantilly filled choux bun sprinkled with air dried raspberry

Three milk flan, cranberry and mandarin  compote
