Menu from a dinner at L’Autre Pied in Marylebone for a birthday celebration (the menu we were given was in fact different from what we were served):
Amuse bouche
Ceviche of hand dived scallops, black quinoa, creme fraiche, Jerusalem artichokes and dill
Squid “linguini”, gremolata, smoked anchovies, pine nuts and dried grapes
Grilled Nashi pears with fromage blanc, tea marinated prunes and pistachio
Poached skate wings with Reblochon milk, hazelnut cream, apple tapioca and mizo
Sika deer with black pudding and parsley roots, smoked bacon, Douglas fir and peanuts
